Training for information systems administrators

This year's September was a very intensive time for us. In addition to the conference for the Boards of Cooperative Banks and training for the staff of our Company, we also organized an event aimed at people who cooperate with us on a daily basis.

We wanted, after long months of limited contact, to be able to meet with users of our systems, talk about new technologies and changes that have occurred in our system solutions. The training we organized was addressed mainly to IT System Administrators and people responsible for the development and security of IT in the Bank. The leading topic of the event was: "IT service management - ICT infrastructure in BS".

For security reasons (and for your convenience), the training was divided into two rounds, during which we tried to answer all questions and dispel all doubts of our Customers.

The first round took place on 19 and 20 August at the Żelechów Palace SPA & Wellness in Mazowieckie Voivodship, which was a good base for many Banks located all over Poland.

The second round took place at the Kocierz Hotel & SPA in the picturesque town of Andrychów (Małopolskie Province).

During the meetings, we discussed, among others, new architecture, functionality, and diagnostics in electronic banking systems and plans related to BLIK payments. We also discussed good practices and solutions implemented in our Data Processing Center - CPDNet. Both the first and second round of training was crowned with a gala dinner, during which we had the opportunity to exchange views and discuss the issues raised during the presentation.

We are glad that we finally had a chance to see each other "live".
